This 7 part series is an introduction to our full prenatal yoga program. Each class has a theme to prepare your mind, body and spirit to prepare you for an easeful birth. In our third class, I will take you through a series of asanas, breathing techniques and meditations to help you gain clarity on how you want your birthing time and Mothering journeys to look. With so many different ideas, opinions and stigmas surrounding birth, we need to clean the slate allow our hearts and the hearts of our children paint the canvas of your collective birthing time. Spaces are limited. So make sure to save your spot on the mat!
