This 7 part series is an introduction to our full prenatal yoga program. Each class has a theme to prepare your mind, body and spirit to prepare you for an easeful birth. In our second class, I will take you through a series of asanas, breathing techniques and meditations to help you truly connect to the creative power of your Womb and Baby. Spaces are limited.
