This 7 part series is an introduction to our full prenatal yoga program. Each class has a theme to prepare your mind, body and spirit to prepare you for an easeful birth. In our third class, I will take you through a series of asanas, breathing techniques and meditations to help you expand the loving energy that surrounds you and your Baby; allowing you to establish a deep loving bond between you and Baby as well as provide yourSelf with healing through love.
