This 7 part series is an introduction to our full prenatal yoga program. Each class has a theme to prepare your mind, body and spirit to prepare you for an easeful birth. In our first class, I will take you through a series of asanas, breathing techniques and meditations to ground you in your pregnancy, your Baby and yourSelf. Spaces are limited.
