This 7 part series is an introduction to our full prenatal yoga program. Each class has a theme to prepare your mind, body and spirit to prepare you for an easeful birth. For our final class, I will take you through a series of asanas, breathing techniques and meditations to allow you to just flow in a river of joy, bliss, honor and love. You have been chosen to be your child’s Mother. That is a divine blessing, protection and covering over your life. This class will be filled with all the woo, woo feel good vibes because you deserve it! Spaces are limited. So make sure to save your spot on the mat!
